Sales Emulsions - Oudenaarde


  • Manages autonomously his/her client portfolio in EMEA:

Has frequent contacts with clients, agents, distributors

Visits distributors and exhibitors

Is de contact person for clients, agents and distributors

Prospects and increases the client portfolio

Supports the team in South-East Asia

  • Is responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the sales process:

Negotiates prices and makes sales appointments (delivery conditions / payment terms)

Checks the payments and outstanding invoices. Makes the appropriate decisions if the sales agreements are not respected

Checks sales administration

Oversees if credit limits are not exceeded

  • Is responsible for a prompt and adequate treatment of complaints:

Is the first in line contact person for technical problems

Gives advice and assistance, in cooperation with the Technical Service Product Manager and the R&D division

  • Makes the bridge between clients' needs and the business:

Captures clients' needs and questions about products and communicates this to the Production Manager in order to find a solutions.

Is responsible for the feedback to clients on proposals / samples within a reasonable timing

  • Business development:

Promotes new developed products

Follows the market position of the organization, analyzes the competitors and their products and communicates this to the Production Manager.

Thinks out of the box and detects new segments

Convinces end clients to influence their suppliers in working together with EOC Products



Master degree or similar by experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Account Management / B2B sales, within a similar sector

Languages: fluent English, Dutch and German and/or French

Travel percentage: 50% to 60% (including e.g. twee-week stay in Asia twice a year), HQ Oudenaarde
