Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manages autonomously his/her client portfolio in Germany, Poland, Great Britain, Greece and Czech Republic

Has frequent contacts with clients and distributors

Visits distributors and exhibitions

Is the contact person for clients and distributors

Prospects and increases the client portfolio

  • Is responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the sales process

Makes sales appointments, negotiates prices / delivery conditions / payment terms

Checks payment and outsanding invoices. Makes the appropriate decisions if the sales agreements are not respected.

Checks sales administration

Oversees if credit limits are not exceeded

Sets up the annual budgets

  • Makes the bridge between clients' needs and the business

Captures clients' needs and questions about products and communicates this to the Production Manager, in order to find a solution

Is responsible for the feedback to clients on proposals / samples wthin a reasonable timing

Follow-up of the ongoing projects within R&D and Production

  • Helps establishing the commercial strategy


Master or similar by experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Account Management / B2B sales, within a similar sector

Languages: fluent in English and a basic knowledge of German. Any other language is a plus.

Travel percentage: 50%
