EMULSION DIVISION

The dispersions of EOC Belgium - Emulsion Division cover a very wide range, so they can serve very specific markets. Determining for this is their composition, such as the differences in monomer proportion, stabilisation system, dry dust content, ...

The Eurovacs

Vinyl acetate homopolymers or copolymers that thanks to very good adhesion are highly suitable for the adhesive industry (mainly cardboard manufacture), the carpet sector (for finishing) and the paint industry (the veova and maleate types).

The Eurocryls

Pure acrylates or styrene acrylates, originally developed for the paint industry (for both interior and exterior applications, varnishes) but that can also be used in the glue industry (carpet and tile glues) and the building industry (concrete additives, sealants and roof coatings).

The Eurothicks

Vinyl acetate homopolymers or copolymers that thanks to very good adhesion are highly suitable for the adhesive industry (mainly cardboard manufacture), the carpet sector (for finishing) and the paint industry (the veova and maleate types).

The Tailortacks

Pure acrylates or styrene acrylates, originally developed for the paint industry (for both interior and exterior applications, varnishes) but that can also be used in the glue industry (carpet and tile glues) and the building industry (concrete additives, sealants and roof coatings).

Polyurethane dispersions

Polyurethane dispersions are waterborne, surfactant-free dispersions of carboxylated urethane polymers, based on a wide range of chemical raw materials. They are high quality products used for wood coatings (hard and rigid coatings) and plastic coatings (soft and flexible coatings).

The Emulsion Division covers a very wide field, because clients from all branches of industry can, on special request, have polymers developed and/or modified. These products come on the market under the name Eurobond. This client oriented sales policy, together with very short delivery periods, offers a good price/quality ratio (EOC Belgium - Emulsion Division was already awarded the ISO 9002 certificate in 1994) and the dynamism of the personnel is one of the most important parameters in this success.
